Q: What qualifications are needed to join?
A:  There are no qualifications required to join the itSMF other than a vested interest in improving IT service management either within your company or across industry. However, there are qualifications that itSMF supports and endorses that individuals can achieve. Refer to our "Certification" section for details.

Q: How much does it cost to join?
A: The cost of membership depends upon the type of organisation and the number of individuals within that organisation that require membership. Refer to our "Membership" section for a detailed cost breakdown.

Q: Who are the its members?
A: Corporate, individuals and students can all be members of the itSMF Gulf. Members include IT organizations, software, and services companies augmented by advisory and review boards of industry leaders, analysts, and customers. Collectively, itSMF Gulf represents those with a stake in IT service management.
